Had chicken once, melt in your mouth. Seared Duck breast is delicious! Liver n onions great! Love the coleslaw too.

I was entroduced to "Da Wabbitt" a couple years ago when. I couldn't say enough about the food and menue or staff!! Since recent change of ownership Quality of food as well as staff has suffered greatly!!! It is still a good place to eat but nothing like it was! My favorites are the hamburger steak, pork loin medallions with the cane syrup sause, fried chicken, and grilled pork chops, not to mention the fried catfish. Am also told that the catfish orleans is the bomb. Just avouid the 6-7 pm rush on fridays.

Stopped for the lunch special, spaghetti and meatballs, more than enough for the price, and pretty good. But without looking at the price, ordered the onion rings as an appetizer. What a shock! $8.00! That was more than the lunch special. They were good but not $8.00 good. I'll be more careful next time and check prices.

Cafe 615 is one of the most excellent resturants in the New Orleans area. I highly recommend you try to eat here if you are ever in New Orleans. The food there is mouth watering! Also, it has the most friendly atmosphere of any resturant I have eaten at and I guaruntee I will be back there again soon.
