Used this patisserie on recommendation of Ritz Carlton to bake a special cake for my friends 70th birthday held at one of the most famous and best regarded restaurants in the French Quarter. We were assured that the cake would be "classy" and to trust them To our horror the cake was decorated with smiley faces and strange purple flowers, the restaurant said this was not the sort of thing they wanted to serve at such an event and was very tacky. We called to complain about the cake and a very rude man called Ziggy shouted at us and said we had no idea, this cake was great and was delicious. He said if we brought it back he would give us a refund, but when we told him that we were returning to NY and at the airport, he would not help in picking it up, and was not ameinable to picking it up himself on his normal deliveries. I called the restaurant and told them, they tasted teh cake anyway and said it was disgusting.
