So was in town I wanted to take dad for breakfast. So he said Charlie’s. We got greeted by a nice lady. We got our coffee and drinks ordered breakfast. And everything was amazing. Eggs were very fresh. And dad ( gene) ordered a fish sandwich. That’s dad. But the food was good.

This Is one of our favorite places to eat in Norwich. Great menu options and breakfast served all day is a favorite of ours. Great service and excellent cook.

At this point I would give them no stars.My first time orderg from this resturant. I bought a breakfast meal and it was horrible. First off people there is a differance between a western Omlet and a Omlet. I orderd a omlet and got a western Omlet with cheese in the middle. I want the ham and cheese in the center of of the omlet not mixed in with the egg. ( Its just the problem with this town anymore when you order food out you dont get quality food at all they overcharge for nast food and nasty preperation) Almost always it is your way not ours, Then you exspect that we have to done out money for regugerated food. We have to pay for it. (If you in buissness to serve people. Give them what they want, shou should be catering to their palate not yours,) give them what they are paying for (quality food.) Don't even get me start on the homefries they also looked las if they were regurgatated right off someones plate and they saved them to regift to the next unsuspecting customer. I dont write this reveiw because i want you to take a chance and eat there. Please people dont waste your money. the food is nasty and I have friends who have had the same exsperieance. Norwich resturants need to clean up their act and start serving quality food. Yes people, Food Freshness, and presentation is everything to the person who is buying your food. There is only one buisness thats priced right has exceptional food and presentation is eveything to them. Spend your money at (TAYLORS COUNTRY HOUSE). You wont be disapointed.

We have enjoyed all our visits to this very friendly, clean and welcoming diner since Pete first took it over. The food is excellent and the portions are more than generous. I encourage anyone looking for a great place to eat, to give them a try and I know you won't regret it! Also you will enjoy the friendliness of the waitresses and other staff and will enjoy getting to know them all.

My daughter and I went to this restaurant on 6/24 to have breakfast. There was something floating in my apple juice. My omelet was so over cooked that the egg part was brown. The homefries were very greasy and over cooked that they were crunchy. My daughter ordered pancakes and they were disgusting. The nozzle of the syrup container had hair on it. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
