So I just had the most DELICIOUS ALMOND CROISSANT in the entire world 😋😋😋 definitely sprinkled with love n sugarrrr

Older lady with the white hair was pleasant but the other lady with the brownish hair was grumpy. First impressions especially at 8:30am really does matter -- you're serving a customer his first meal and coffee of the day and know that your tone and demeanor can affect others. Coffee she made was good, I asked for a Quadruple Shot Maple Vanilla Almond Latte. The Sour Cream Coffee Cake was fine too, and my mom seems to like the Spinach & Feta pastry.
Maybe it's a Lake Placid culture and they're just fine with that, or maybe it's the mask (?), but part of me is worried that she's not the nicest to customers who are POC. Oh well. 🤷🏻♂️
