Breakfast terrible, small portions, poorest of poor service. Who ever recommends this place has never tasted good food, or they are a relative. One star is too much.

I drive from Greenwich at least twice a week just to eat here . The food is fresh and honestly the best around. Home cooked and delicious like coming home to sit down for a meal that mama cooked. Great place and great food.

After reading the reviews I will admit I based my opinion on the words of others . Its obvious that everyone has their own opinion and views on how things should go but when it could potentially hurt a business thats just not fair. I went on Sunday with my family and the place was MOBBED ! If that doesnt tell you how awesome the homecooked food is than i dont know what will ever convince them. As busy as it was our server was a delight she was so friendly with quick and accurate service she was on top of everything making sure everyone had what they needed and she didnt even look stressed at all ( later we were informed she was the owner !) the young man serving was also very polite and was attentive as well. Im ashamed to say I almost didnt come because what others had said in the beginning but im so glad my wife convinced me to try it . I was totally blown away by how great everything was and as i looked around i noticed tons of happy customers. It seemed like there was alot of regulars in there as they were calling the owner by name as well as the server. Well Sherry I remembered your name too and fantastic job to you . I tip my hat off to you and your crew we have found our new breakfast spot !

I drive by often and never see many cars there but today I went by and the place was packed. I asked a buddy of mine if he ever sees people there and he said all the time so it must be just the odd times i dont see cars then I was told there is parking behind the building and a lot of people walk in that area makes sense now. I stopped in for breakfast and the french toast was just fantastic I dont know what they do to it but it was very good. Over all I was one of those people who didnt think that an old dry cleaners should have been a diner but i admit I was wrong. those people who re did this building did a great job and should be very proud of themselves.
I met the lady that owns it she is very nice and a local girl. I asked about the fire fighter and police stuff and the missing man table, she told me her husband and many friends and family were firefighters and police officers and service people and she wanted to have a space to pay tribute to all the heros. The place is amazing it even has a small bakery and a country store ( my wife would love that) If you havent been there go try it in the begining it was horrible so i heard and alot of people bashed the place and yes i joined in too even though i had never been there but i went and everything was good and alot of people seemed to know eachother and the staff and owner even called people by name now thats something you dont see anymore. Overall i was impressed and if anyone ever talks bad about this place again then tell them to hush because they are either jealous or just ignorant hurtful people this place is great and i hope they stay around for a long long time.
