No staff were wearing masks or gloves. Floor was dirty

They used to make pretty darned good pizzas but there must have been some staff changes in recent months because pizzas are overcooked lately and almost scorched. I ordered a plain cheese pizza today, mid afternoon when they weren't busy and my pizza was still overcooked. Not sure I'm going to take any more chances with them.

Not sure what has happened to this place !!!! Maybe new cook or owners??? Order was not what I had placed and the food was AWFUL!!! Tried to get Alfredo which every time is not available over the past few times. Strawberry shortcake tasted as though it had been frozen for years!!! Spit it out tasted so bad. Tried to call and speak to someone never got phone call back!! I live in fort Ann or I would have brought it back and made them try to eat it This was a 40 dollar order and will NEVER order from them again!!!! And making sure to spread the word so no one else waste their money

If I could give no stars I would. Worst service in town, and the food SUCKS. Placed an order last week for wings and pizza. Pizza was WRONG, (not what I ordered) and the wings were so undercooked, we probably would have gotten food poisoning from eating raw chicken! When I drove all the way back to have them make it right, they gave ME an attitude! That woman manager needs to take classes on people skills. She has none. I will NEVER go back again.

Stopped there before work and ordered spaghetti and meatballs with Italian sausage. Got my order handed to me in a paper bag, the young girl placed my salad in a plastic bag and off I went to work. I got to work two miles from the pizzeria and when I picked up the paper bag it was leaking all over my car and I turned with it to get it out of my car and the bottom gave out of the bag and went all over car,me and ground. So mad of the sloppy way of Togo is handled and spent almost $12 for nothing. I called and was on hold for along time and they said they would replace it and I declined, I'm at work and not able to leave till morning.
Needless to say they didn't return my money and they hung up on me when I mentioned that is what they needed to do.
I will not go back, second time dissatisfied........ Two stiles your out.... Will express my displeasure with work and let them know what a bad experience I've had.

Placed an order for large Pizza, dozen wings and bleu cheese .. it was pick up. When got there they said lost order!!!! Really??? Should have gotten it for free for the amount of time we had to wait.. Go to South Glens Falls from now on.
