Four of us went to lakeside lodge grille for a family dinner. They did not take reservations said it’s first come first serve. I put my name on the list they said 30 min wait time and that they will call me once my table is ready. Well they never called, we were hanging out outside for an hour, they never called. Then when the food came, the New York steak was chewy full of ligaments, I had to spit out the few bites I took, I could not swallow it. We ordered two of them and both were terrible quality, not prime beef for certain, I don’t think it was even choice beef. I complained to the waitress Luz. She did nothing, did not offer to write it off, or take at least one steak off the bill. She asked if we want to take it with us, as it was evident that we ate like 20% of the steak, I said no, it’s not edible for humans and I don’t want to feed it even to my dog. I paid the full bill without arguing and even left 18% tip, but I won’t be going back to this establishment and don’t recommend ordering meat there.
