Now that the original owner of Mr. Pizza is back, he has returned it to it's delicious glory! Best, most unique thick crust pizza you will ever have...the best!! And no; I do not work there; I simply LOVE the pizza.

customer service is terrible, walked in and I felt very unwelcome, just not the same as it was.

Listen....Ive been eating pizza all my life...I'm from down state so I know what real pizza is...basically most of the pizza upstate misses the target that my expectations expect...I don't know anything about the old owners...but my experience with the new owners is an extremely positive one...they know how to treat customers and they certainly understand the value of fresh produce in their products...their pizza is definitely better then any of the pizza places that have some poor soul standing on the street corner waving a sign around...their heroes as we call them downstate are of high quality...and if you ever have been to Philly then you would definitely appreciate one of their stake hoagies...and if something isn't up to your standards these new professionals "will make good"...please do not hesitate to talk to these people they are solid people from this hometown...use to eat there 40 years ago when they were just kids...and obviously love Mr. Pizza...because they purchased the place...If I ate at a restaurant for 40 years I certainly would not want a tradition such as this to leave town...my advice to all who live in Auburn is to stop by Mr. Pizza...enjoy a quality product...and if you miss a certain product please pass it on to the management...they love Mr. Pizza as much as you...Auburn keep up the good work!!!!

Isn't the same. The pizza shells they have used on my last few pizzas weren't fresh; they were at least a day old. I wish the current owners would bring the former owner Bill in to retrain them on how he's done it for the last few decades. It was my all-time favorite pizza place, but now I would rather go elsewhere because the quality just isn't there anymore. I hope they can get it right in the near future and win some of us old customers back. It's such a shame to see one of the most original, unique pizza places decline like this.

Such a shame. Everything went downhill

I am very saddened by the way mr pizza has been. It isn't the way it used to be. Pizzas aren't the same, the sauce isnt the same as well as the cheese, as mention above, the subs are a dissapointment now. These new owners, although well intended Im sure, are screwing it up. I just left and didn't recognize a single employee when the same ones have been there for years, the ones who made my food the best. What happened to the best in town? Im craving food that exsists no longer. I am sad but mostly very didsappointed.

The idea of bigger roll less meat bigger profit is NOT working. We use to go to Mr Pizza once a week and in the last 6 months they have been terrible. The pizza's are either under cooked or not cooked enough. Thursday night 3/21 we ordered 3 hot meatball subs with cheese and mushrooms and they were the worst subs we have ever had. The rolls were over cooked the meatballs were barley there and there was NO sauce at all on two of the subs! Who ever heard of no sauce at all on a hot meatball sandwich? We paid 26 dollars for this and threw 1/2 of it in the garbage the dogs wouldn't even eat it! We called and got no satisfaction they could care less! This is the last time they get our money!
