sad this placed closed. always felt like they didn't realize their potential with so sizeable a venue space. could and should have been utilized to showcase local musical talent; the huge stage in side room was SCREAMING for live rock and roll! the performance area offered ample seating. the parking lot was (is?) quite large, and would have (still could?) offered plenty of parking. they had an "open mike" for a short while, i recall, but hosts had no idea of how to actually "host" and encourage people to perform. was more like a clique who wanted it that way. when i attended, there didn't seem to be an audience, only those on stage.. apparently they didn't care to bother with promo, either. hoping someone will reopen here, and see the potential it offers.
