Very disappointed. I asked the man ringing me up how the brisket was and he said very good. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was barely edible. It was dry, tough and fatty. I couldn’t eat it. The macaroni and cheese side tasted like Kraft out of a box my husband got the pulled pork sandwich and it wasn’t bad.

Holy Smoke BBQ has the best BBQ.... The atmosphere is great and the staff is so pleasant... Don't miss eating at Holy Smokes when your visiting Beech Mountain!!

Smoke and Mirrors. Nothing is cooked nor smoked at Holy Smokes. Everything is directly off the US Foods truck. No meat in that smoker either...just a ploy.
