The Sub Shop is amazing. The best place on the island. I eat their all the time and evertime i go their i have excellent service and great food. i would defienetely recommend this and i do. My friends and family will come down and they always ask were a good place to eat is and i un hesitatly say The Sub Shop! love you guys. your the best

The food here is good but over priced. The owner Yelled at my pregnant wife over a 75 cent bag of chips my 2 year old daughter had picked up, and that he had failed to add to the ticket. For 75 cents this Jack A## just lost an entire family of customers who ate there often. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Best place to eat in the entire area!!!!! I have a special sub not on the menu and they do not hesitiate to make it to order and their salads are awesome, too!! I have always received great service. I am so grateful for the Sub Shop. Love the remodeling!!

First allow me to give a little background information about myself. I grew up on the Outer Banks of NC my parents owned and operated a restaurant for 16 years...I worked with my parents at our establishment through my highschool years. So needless to say I completely understand what "Customer Service" means.
My boyfriend had an issue with the manager (blonde headed) woman, he simply asked her a question about our subs and she snapped on him. Luckily he is the cool headed one out of the two of us because I for sure am not. After paying almost 20.00 for 2 subs that were good but definitely not worth the attitude I talked to the woman and she was ridiculous about the situation...It's just sad never in my life would I treat someone who is supporting my business so poorly.
The food is good but the service horrible. I think she should consider a job change. My advice to her would be watch who you treat poorly because not everyone is an idiot tourist when on vacation.
