Horrible. We ordered a medium with veggies & pepperoni. When asked what types of veggies they put on the pizza, the girl didn't know. Got it home & upon opening the box discovered no veggies but we were charged for them. OK, mistakes do happen. We called the next day. We would have been content with the $5 difference or another pizza. The employee obnoxiously stated "It's not our problem". Requested to speak to the manager. Lots of laughing in the background. Was told the manager was too busy to speak to us. I realize this review will likely not impact them since tourists will continue to go there. However, we have had a home here for 30+ years and have given a lot of business to Michaelangelo's over the years. The way the teenage staff so rudely treated my house guests will not be forgotten. The pizza is average & the staff is immature & rude. I hope the franchise owner reads this because I will spread the word. The matter was simple & could have easily been remedied with basic customer service 101. My business now goes to Lazzaria's down the street at Coast Guard. Road Excellent pizza, friendly & professional staff.

Pizza is so so, workers could care less about you. Bring a big wallet cause ridiculous expensive if you actually want a made to order pizza, toppings scarce, find someplace else, eventually they will put themselves out of business, great opportunity for a go getter pizza maker to step in.

When I first moved to Emerald Isle, Michaelangelo's had the best pizza. That said, I ordered a large deluxe pizza today and was appalled. The Extra toppings consisted of onions, peppers, black olives, pepperoni and some up identifiable other meat. The toppings were scattered in the very middle of the pizza with some pepperoni and mystery meat on the outside. The crust was doughy and tough. Needless to say I have had my last pizza from Michaelango's. Frozen is even better.

When I called, I also was told this was not the menu for the Emerald Isle location. They don't have extra large size, and the price was much more than the menu stated. Not happy with this service. Won't go back.

Just called the # for this location at emerald isle. The menu posted on this site is not accurate, as I was told they don't have extra large pizzas nor the gourmet named pizza I attempted to order at $16.99. I was told that a large with those toppings would be $24.99! Phone service was rude and not aware of their menu posted for Michaelangelo's Pizza at 8700 emerald dr.
