the food is horrible went there to get some dinner and found out the cook is a sex offender and the owner was no where to be seen the service sucked i would not recommend

the food is great if u ever have a problem the new owner helps u out he is a great guy and the staff was friendly. they were very nice and quick and i was there on a friday lunch (yesterday) actually.

Ate there last Saturday and the food was not good. Didn't see one familiar face and the restroom was filthy. I won't be going back there.

The food is great! Everyone on here keeps complaining that it is under new ownership, but the main cook is still the same (ie same person cooking your food), the menu is the same, and the same NY waitress still works there. The food tastes exactly the same, I go there twice a week. I recommend it to anyone who goes.

I heard the original owners sold last fall. I had been out of town for a couple of months. Upon my return, I went to Frankie & Johnny's for my corned beef Reuben sandwich (always was my favorite) and was very disappointed. The quality is gone. Did not enjoy it and won't be back. I guess the quality left with the original owners.

I had gotten a rueben and it has cole slaw on it, they didn't even put it on the sandwich like they had many times before...the bread was smaller than before and the edges a little burned....it was just ok compared to what it had been many times before

I used to eat here all the time. Apparently it is under new ownership and both the service and food were not what it used to be. The waitress looked like she was lost in space and my sandwich had hardly any meat and the bread was burnt. Very disappointed to say the least. Will not go back there and I will be telling my friends!

This place is unique in so many ways. I think it's because the family that owns it also runs it and it shows. The food is wonderful, large portions and great value for your money. Was very impressed at how clean it is as well.
