User Reviews for Oscar's Restaurant Kelly S posted on 08/13/2011 Rating & Review: Stopped there for breakfast on our way to NC. The restaurant had AWESOME breakfast. At first we were not going to go since it was in such a small town and didn't look like much from outside but it was very misleading. It was one of the BEST breakfasts I ever had. Not only was it good but it was cheap and the staff and even customers were very friendly! Highly recommend this restaurant.
