absolutely awful service. Incorrect listing online for menu and would not honor listed pricing. Then argued with me. Worst service ever. I don't care how good food may be. Without service you have NOTHING!

Your phone service sucks. All Indians working in an Italian restaurant. They don't interpret good English. And they don't speak it too well either. Trip advisory has your "old" menu. You should tell them your new one. If it's not fixed then I will be pressing charges against your company for false advertisement. And I also told all of FACEBOOK.

We eat there at least twice a week. Never had a problem and the girl at the front has always been nice to me. As for the food....CHEESEBURGER DELUXE and onion rings are awesome. Just wish they put more onion rings on plate.

I visit Four Season's at least twice a week on my lunch break and have yet to find food on the menu that did not taste great. Their portions are huge, and although at times it may take a little longer to receive your food it has never been an unreasonable amount. I can't speak for the delivery service since I never use it. Who would order fries and sandwiches by delivery, and expect them to be as fresh as they are in the restaurant though.

Okay, people if you are complaining about the food being late then tip next time maybe the driver will try and make you food be there on time.

I ordered from four seasons in the past and the service was usually good. The food was decent, I don't know what has happened recently but this place has taken a turn for the worse. When I ordered my food yesterday 3/11/13 I ordered a chicken cheese steak and a fries. Seems simple and easy right? That must be to complicated for the people over at four seasons. Not only did they send me the wrong type of sub they sent me soggy cold fries on top of it. So I call them up and say something and they apologize and say the next meal is on the house so I'm thinking okay I will give them another try. I called today 3/12/13 and tried to redeem my free meal only to be told that it was a six dollar credit so not wanting to argue I just place an order and spend an extra $5.00 on top of that. So I'm at work waiting 1 hour goes by nothing I give them a call they say the delivery driver got lost I guess he couldn't make a phone call and ask for directions. So I wait another 40 minutes goes by I call again. This time the driver supposedly pulls up in front and no one comes out. That was a total lie I monitor the cameras for my establishment no driver ever shows. After I voice my displeasure at waiting for an obscene amount of time. The girl on the phone proceeds to laugh at my situation. Bottom line do not eat here unless you like nasty food and even nastier personnel. This place is a joke. Worst place in town.

Hello, I have to agree with the first review. The young white female that works the orders and phone attitude is horrible.Hope she not employed any longer or changes her attitude. I have ordered several times only because where I stay we don't have many places who are willing to deliver. So its a last resort thing. Food taste OK bacon is slimy and service could be better but the young lady makes it a two star and not a four star. Please management remember your customers keep your business running. Thanks.

I have tried and tried to find something appetizing on their menu. The first few times were a disappointment. The food was cold and the fries tasted as if they had been refried. There was nothing on the inside of the fry! So I decided to try a burger..hey cant go wrong there ryte? Wrong, the bacon was soft and slimy instead of crispy. The staff, well I wont say the entire staff, but the one girl who takes the orders, caucasion lady with blond hair, VERY nasty attitude. I witnessed her talking crap about a customer that had just placed and order with her coworkers. After I placed my order and was presented with a wet buttery receipt, I kindly told her that I did not want the receipt because it was dirty. She snatched the ticket out of my hand, threw it away, and did not offer another one or an apology. When I asked for the manager, she simply said he was at home. Terrible experience. I will never go back there and I will share this experience with everyone I know.

I have ordered from them for our Club and my family and it has been great. The food was delivered hot and on time. The staff was very courteous and wonderful to deal with. The food is plentiful and sooo good. Their platters of subs are delicious and full of ingredients- the wings and tenders and lasagna is equally tasty. A great find in Wilson. Will use them regularly. Love it!
