Many crazy delicious pizza combinations you've never heard of before--my husband's favorite is the Provencal (which he says he never would have dreamed of putting in his mouth, let alone loving, except that he has learned to trust Stephan, the owner).

My favorites are the warm goat cheese salad (Stephan's mom's favorite snack, now mine, too), the terrine of pate (it's supposed to be an appetizer for several people, but sometimes I get it for dinner), rack of lamb that will melt in your mouth, and creme brulee. There's a chocolate and hazelnut ganache that's beyond amazing, but once I tasted the creme brulee, I can never resist it--and I'm a serious chocolate fiend.

Yummy sandwiches, quiches, and salads at lunchtime. This winter he had some amazing soups that I can't stop thinking about. I'm sad he took them off the menu for the summer--he changes the menu by season.

The atmosphere is really fun and warm. Stephan brings back interesting CDs from his trips back home, so on nights without live music, he plays music that I've never heard, and is fun to listen to. He comes out of the kitchen to talk to customers. Customers make friends with people at other tables. If it's your first visit, strangers will happily make suggestions about what you should order.

Wow!!. We are delighted to have found this wonderful restaurant here in Youngsville.Love the Ambiance, the Decor and the background music (lounge Style).We meet the chef and Owner with pleasure. The food was superb from the Appetizer, we order the Warn Goat Cheese Salad a must..to the Entrees Roasted Pork Tenderloin and the Gambas Lobster Bisque enjoyable to the end. Try it you will love this place.

Some friends told us about Gigi's Bistro, so we decided to try it. We love it the food was very good from the Appetizers through the dessert we clean all our plates. Try the Rack Of Lamb so tender...
