Great food, great service, fun atmosphere--what's not to love? I am a regular now and was at their previous location. I've had a consistently good experience.

July 13 2014 - the last straw -
My husband and I have been to La Fiesta twice prior to today. The previous meals we have eaten here have been mediocre, ok service, ok food, and the prices ok as well.
--- Today was a different experience. Our server was a very nice man and was very attentive. My husband and I ordered the shrimp, chicken, and steak fajitas. The flavor of the food was great however, the shrimp was very fishy and spoiled tasting. There was these huge chunks of fatty mush mixed in the meat and vegetables.
I asked our server may I speak to the manager so I can bring this to his attention. The manager walked up and asked could he helped us. I told him about the shrimp and these mister chunks of fat in our entrÃ©e. He seemed liked he could care less of the quality of his food that was coming out the kitchen. He told us that everything comes already mixed together and that the fatty chunks were pork. Note that we ordered shrimp, chicken, and steak (beef), so I don't know were pork is involved with our meal. I also asked him does he not check the the food prior to cooking it since everything comes "mixed together". He told me there was no need to check because it was the company's food. He really just acted like he didn't give a damn. He didn't ask us if we wanted anything else, no I'm sorry about your bad experience, he just walked off and we didn't see him for the remainder of our stay. We paid our $32 unhappily and left. We will not be returning.
Bad we got the wrong bun on a burger and it took like 30mins to get a coffee apart from that had to ask for it 3 times...
