Went in on a Saturday pm about 2 no one at the till to seat anyone so seated ourselves, waited 10 minutes before someone came to the table , order a glass of house wine (it was barely a swallow full) ordered a lunch special of spaghetti and marina sauce, was a very small portion , we told the waitress we wanted a salad of which she did not bring and then when I questioned her about it she said well salad doesn't come with the lunch meal, I said well you asked if we wanted one and we said yes, she said she was sorry. She did not come by to offer more wine or check on the meal and when we finally saw her to get the check (which was a long time) she seemed frustrated. The last two times we were there the service and food have changed....I guess we will not return......

Rating & Review:
Used to be my favorite restaurant in town...the portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up! Also, I always order scallops with my pasta, they used to be huge and juicy...now they are the size of my fingernail and rubbery. The menu has really been cut in half with fewer options than ever. So sad as this is where I would hold all of my employees work functions as well as personal family functions. Not planning on returning. :(

We ate at Michael's for the first time the other night and found the food to be EXCELLENT !!! Both of our meals were so tasty and the service was very good. We WILL be returning !!

Terrible experience. I ordered a steak medium rare and got a very very well done steak. I sent it back and they credited our bill but did not offer me another steak or any food at all. So the rest of my party got to eat and I went home hungry. I couldn't believe it. This was my second time there, the first time the food was awful. I will never go back.

Food is always excellent! I always end up taking leftovers home because I am not able to eat it all! Ribs are to die for and the Tuscany soup is great! Love the Cajun Alfredo, Spicy!!!!! Service has been pretty good most of the time!

We have been to this restaurant twice and both times had terrible experiences. Firstly for an Italian restaurant they have maybe 3 Italian dishes on the menu. Secondly, the service is terrible. The 1st time we went I was given the wrong food and the 2nd time we went we were rushed out of the place. They brought our salad, appetizer, and entree to us within 5 minutes and then gave us the check and brought to go boxes when we were maybe halfway through with our dinners. They did not even offer dessert or coffee. Two disappointments were enough for us, will not go back!

Atmosphere was nice...the food was American - no lasagna on the menu, which was odd for an "Italian" place. Over all nice placeand ok food,but small portions.
