Gentlemen,
About 30 years ago, at the time I have lived in NYC, frequently I have visited Blarney Stone restaurant in 59th street between Madison and Lexington avenues. I have judged the outlet, as a suc, as given above. Since, I have enjoyed very much Corned Beef Sandwiches, I would oike to know, how do you do it, i.e. how do you prepare the beef itself, i.e. how do you make corned beef, the Blarnery Stoen way. Thank you.
Best regards,
