yeah, i gotta agree - $7.50 is really expensive for a sandwich - even in ny. even so, i still go there maybe once a month. if the sandwiches were cheaper (or came with something) i'd go much more often. also, whenever i've gone after 2 or 3, they've usually run out of BREAD. kind of a problem for a sandwich shop... and really irritating when i've stood in line for 10-20 mins. but the chicken tarragon is so amazing... it's one of the BEST sandwiches i've EVER had.

The food seems high quality, but honestly, for $7.50 I would like my sandwich 1. not to be pre-made and 2. to actually come with something on it (you know, like lettuce tomato, etc).
Seems like the salads might be a better bet.

Delicious food, friendly staff, very healthy and clean. The only problem is that they don't recycle. Everyone orders the bottled waters and healthy drinks, but everything goes into one trash container. It just doesn't feel right.
Let them know they have to recycle. Other than that, I adore the place! Great soup and sandwiches.
