I am going to be very honest.. We had a very large party of about 35 people for a birthday party that had been planned for no less than 3 months in advance. Reservations were made and we were suppose to have the VIP service area downstairs. We arrive at the restaurant and they did not have us on their list nor did they know of any party or plans we had made. We had to wait about 20 minutes before everything was sorted out and we found which of the 3-4 managers they have in the place. The managers all but one were very rude and made us feel like they were better than us. We didn't have any waitresses for the first hour of the party, my guests had to go us two flights to get certain drinks because glass was not allowed in the lower level, and the waitresses would charge you a service fee if they had to get us the drinks. This is their VIP service for 35 people!!! When it was brought up to the manager he strugged his shoulders and said he couldn't do anything, and that they were very popular and they didn't need our business! (apparently they are not effected by the economy!).... The place smelled like wet dog and dirty toilet! It was embarrassing.. I would never have another party there again!
