Ordered at Boscell in Fremont in person. She repeated the order and when we got it there was no soda no onion rings and no chili. We had to go back twice and then it was a canned soda which was ok but no straw and no spoon for the chili. Plus we waited for it and the food was cold. They didn't seem to be overrun with orders. There is no excuse for this lack of service.
