Not sure what the 20% service charge is for as YOU the customer walk to the counter to place your order… you pay $13 for a burrito and $4.50 for a canned Coke.. lunch for three $69.00 for 3 burritos and 2 Cokes ... so the $8.61 service fee is for them dropping the food 10ft away from the counter? They never came over and asked how things were, can I get you anything else? If they had waitresses taking our orders, bringing us our food, checking on us etc I would’ve left way more than the 20% that they tacked onto my bill being as I grew up in the restaurant, business owned a restaurant I know all about the stuff that goes behind, waiting tables etc but when it’s basically a self-serve, I don’t think so Comal …
