User Reviews for Canyon Fish Market & Grill brian smith posted on 08/10/2011 Rating & Review: Too bad you cant give less than 1 star. dont spend your money here unless you want overcooked drab food. menu is something akin to a family restaurant without the flair or flavor. go across the parking lot to 25th street where there are many more GOOD options. Room service comes out of the same kitchen so its just as bad.
