Food has always been good here. I guess that's why their customer service sucks
Basically they care about money more than their customers, it's all about the money because God forbid you ask for something you need after you get your food!! O and by the way everybody's name is Juan (so they say)!

Don't ever go to the drive thru! Slowest drive thru I've ever seen!!! There were 6 people in line and it took more than 45 minutes. I watched people pull in and get food Isidro and leave time and again while I sat in that endless line. I would have left many times but I was blocked in. Horrible service!

Not all Rancheritos are created equal. After eating shrimp burritos at other locations I wandered into the Roy location to indulge in my favorite. First thing different was the price tag for a shrimp burrito combination plate. $11 instead of the usual $9 I'm used to paying. Second was the burrito ingredients. No white sauce. Yes the white sauce that is included in the two locations I frequent and always get us not used in the Roy location. When I tried to decipher why I got told that they only share the name. Each store is different. Third is Roy used only 2/3 the amount shrimp that other locations use. Lastly, their slow service was unacceptable. 15 minute wait in the lobby where it was slow is asinine. I did generously give it 2 stars because the food I did get was prepared well. The few shrimp were tender and the veggies were cooked without being soggy or mushy.

I am very disappointed in your Roy, Utah location.
I had purchased a California Burrito and a Taco Salad through the drive thru. When I had gotten home I had noticed that the Taco Salad I had ordered had steak instead of chicken and my California Burrito had chicken instead of steak. When I called your restaurant that day and told them what they did wrong and they took my name and said come by anytime and they would comp my meal. Well to my disappointment I went in the restaurant weeks later and they said my name was not on their list. They asked if I had my receipt and I told them that they do not give out receipts at their drive thru. Besides what would my receipt prove except that I had purchased food at their restaurant.

It is a great vaule for what you get... You never leave hungry... Service is great also.... Where else can you feed a family of 5 for under $25 including drinks and everyone be happy & full... Only Rancheritios :)

The best Mexican food out there! The Roy ranch. is the best one i have had yet. The burritos are 1 1/2 lbs! Awesome food i eat there 2-3 times a week!
