Four of us went to the Timbermine Saturday June 23rd. My wife and I have eaten at he Timbermine several times and the food has been great. This time we ordered the special 10oz rib eye med/rare. The stake looked great but was extremely tough and more on the well side. We decided to just eat it because of our time restraints. We are now thinking that maybe they just brought us the wrong stakes by mistake. The Timber mine is a great place to eat, we will continue to go there but probably order a different cut of meat.
