Bob Evans Piqua, Ohio. I had an issue with this location early last year and swore I would never eat there again. Almost a year later, because of my daughter I agreed to give them another chance and placed an online order on their app. Over an hourlater no food. I contact the restaurant and the manager, Brian says it's been picked up and should be getting it anytime. Another hour passes and I contact Door Dash, because Bob Evans uses them for delivery. They tell me it's already been delivered. I double check the confirmation from Bob Evans and it has all the correct information, but Door Dash is telling me that when the store sent the order to them they entered the wrong address. Bob Evans is telling me I have to go thru Door Dash for a refund, Door Dash is saying it was delivered where they were told to deliver it, so I'm out my money and my order. Should have stuck to my guns. I will probably never eat at another BoB Evans, but Hell will freeze over before the Piqua Bob Evans sees another dollar of mine. I did talk to the Bob Evans manager again, Brian, who pretty much told me it wasn't his problem because everything is sent to Door Dash electronically. So one company is lying. The address on my confirmation and the apartment number they sent it to were not even close.
