Great location if your complaining about door dash then maybe you need to get off your -ss and get your food yourself when it takes 40+ minutes for your dasher to show up it’s on door dash not the restaurant maybe stop being so lazy ? 😂

When it comes to delivery orders, THIS FRISCHS RESTAURANT IS HORRIBLE! They have absolutely NO RESPECT OR APPRECIATION for their bread and butter . . . the customers.
When a delivery order, such as DoorDash, comes through . . . Frisch's claims absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR UN-INCLUDED ITEMS THAT WERE PAID, NOR DOES DOORDASH WHO ALREADY ACCEPTED A DELIVERY CHARGE - AND TIP - FOR THE UN-INCLUDED ITEM!
THIS PRACTICE IS TOTALLY DESPICABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!
When the restaurant is called, they have the nerve to claim they don't fill the order . . . then who the HELL does . . . the firehouse next door??????????? DOORDASH is MUCH MORE accomadating as far as refunding the charges . . . but that does NOT help the hungry consumer who DID NOT GET THE ORDER AS WAS ORDERED!!!
And, now that the consumer has spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME NOTIFYING DOORDASH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS TO REPORT THE ISSUE, THE ALREADY COLD MEAL IS NOW 'STONE COLD,' AND UNEDIBLE!!!
This has become an UNACCEPTABLE HABIT with ALL RETAURANTS INVOLVED WITH FOOD DELIVERY COMPANIES, AND DELIVERY COMPANIES. EACH ONE BLAMES THE OTHER FOR THE PROBLEM . . . AND THE CONSUMER'S IN THE MIDDLE, HUNGRY, SCREWED OUT OF MONEY AND TOTALLY PISSED OFF!
THIS IS NOT WORKING AND MUST BE REMEDIED!!!
