Is it possible to give no stars or negative stars? This shop is disgusting and dirty. We had an issue awhile back bc we watched the cook come from outside smoking and walk directly back in to start making pizzas, not washing her hands or using gloves, we said something and she told us to mind our effing business. So we left and haven't ordered in months. We go back today7 bc we heard she isn't there anymore and they are close. We picked an order up from there bc deliver was 2 hours behind. I get it it's Saturday night, no problem. When we called to have our messed up order replaced the lady oh the phone dropped the f bomb twice asking is I was effing joking and the could put it in the books or effing replace it. Go to get the second order she tells my son if it is wrong this time don't call her. And of course he gets home, still wrong and messed up worse than the 1st order. So I trash another sandwich kids eat the breadsticks and we gave away another pizza to the neighbors. Call to speak with manager and the phone is off the hook. I go down there to speak to the manager. Walk in the are 6 staff there. When I walk up to the counter they making food with no gloves on, salads pizzas, etc. She isn't there and I explain to the girl our second order was wrong and that she didn't need to cuss or talk to my son that way. She said she has had a bad day. She told me that the manager would be there Monday she can't give out her number and I needed to leave the store I wasn't going to talk to her that way. Mind you I did raise my tone but was not screaming or cussing, I have video. The older deliver driver said I needed to leave bc I was holding them up. When I commented on the no gloves he said he didn't need them. I said well you could at least wash your hands after touching everything else in the kitchen then going back to make pizzas. He said lady I haven't had a break in over 5 hours, but you don't care. I said that isn't my problem. While I am waiting 2 other phone calls come in asking to speak with the manager. She called the manager crying bc of how she said I treated her. Tracy the manager comes in because she lives close and basically says there isn't anything she can do they are short staffed and slammed,. Short staffed???? with 6 people in the kitchen working, you can't get anyone else in there room wise. She apologizes a couple times says she will deal with the foul mouthed girl. She offers to replace the order and I said no way they aren't wearing gloves and this has been a 2 hour ordeal. I ask if they are supposed to wash their hands and wear gloves while prepping food and making salads she says yes. I said well they aren't and she shook her head in dismay. She refunded the pizza $20 saying that was all she could do. So we paid $56 and drove down there and back twice for breadstick, incorrect pizza bread, bag chips and 2liter. Gave pizzas to neighbors. I don't care about the money. It's the principle. No way the owner knows how this place is being operated and the way they are treating customers. Not that they care but we will never eat there again. And I will tell this horrible interaction to everyone I know.

The staff there are very rude. They will not answer there phone and when I went in they said I should cook at home . Skip the drama and go somewhere else .

The reason for a 3 is because of the spice!! That's ALL I could taste was the hot spice. I don't know what it's in but that's all I could taste. My items were sausage, pep, green olives and onions. Other than that it was good but I'll really never know how good. If people want spice is one thing but that was way tooooooo much.

So my husband and I order a small pizza with pep.sua.ham and bacon side of BP and Bo and 1 steak sandwich and it was 30.70 and when I say small pizza I mean a 10 in.that was crazy and if I had not been in bed sick the driver could have taken it back we will not order there again.

The reason I only gave it a one star is for several reasons! Their prices are so high!! You can go to Little Ceas and spend half the money and get twice the food! The machines that they have for kids to play with are broken and the Air Hockey table does not have all the pieces to even be able to play the game! The only positive thing I can say about it, is that the staff is really nice and that's probably the reason for repeat customers. If it wasn't for the convenience of its location, I don't think that it would make it anywhere else. Lower the prices and it would be booming for sure tho!!!!

This Giovanni's as an advantage as being one of only two pizza shops in town and the only "name brand" shop. The pizza is good, what you would expect from a small town Giovanni's. The prices are a bit steep on their salads and sandwiches and the portions could be better. Needs more menu items.
3 1/2 Stars... I order semi regularly when I am craving Giovanni's!
