Manager is extremely hostile towards customers on phone. Had a bad experience myself there first time I tried them. Called up to ask for the manager, was told he wasnt in. When I asked for his contact info I was hung up on. Called back again and told the guy (same guy) I was calling to complain, then his attitude suddenly changed.
Food is not as all that great and service is terrible. Manager has little to no regard for customers.

I tried to order 2 large pizzas on their special, but wanted to have two seperate toppings on each side of each pizza. The manager told me that was actually a 4 topping pizza. I proceded to ask if I order just a half topping on a pizza is it then doubled on that half to make one topping. Now get this, he hung up on me, no joke. So I promptly ripped the menu up and threw it away, their loss of a planned $40 order and no more future orders.
Then my wife calls back and she asks him the same question, his response was to hand the phone to the owner while sayin "You deal with these people." Had I been the owner that manager would be out looking for another job that instant. I have been in the pizza industry for nearly 25 years and have only been treated like this one other time and I have not been back to that shop either.
Their food may be good, but I will never know because of the poor customer service, deal with them if you wish, but I will go around the corner and be willing to pay extra for the customer service that I know will be there.
