Stop in for lunch and was waited on by the owner. A refreshing ideal the owner actually hands on. The food was great hot and fresh. We tried the new steak sandwich and it was great. The service was great and we'll return

The one thing that I don't like about on-line reviews is that anyone can be untruthful. Kara's review is an example of how some people will take advantage of this forum to serve their own purposes. While I believe most people are honest when they do these reviews, some just want to use it to facilitate harm to others.

Customer service is horrible! My husband and i placed an order for carry out and they forgot several items. We called and they offered us a free meal. When we called to receive that meal a week later they wouldn't give it to us. When we told them the name of the employee that promised the free meal to us, the owner lied and said that the person didn't work there. I called later that night and the nonexistent employee answered the phone. I spoke to the owner and told her that unless their customer service improved we wouldn't be back and she told us that she "didn't care"

I ate there last week and ordered the Meatloaf sandwich. I asked if I could substitute tirtilla soup for the frys. He said that would be fine, but there would be an extra charge. The soup was very very bad. It had rubbery boiled chicken chunks and no flavor broth and was served with Doritos. Campbells is better than this. The sandwich was served with no side as requested. The sandwich was messy lump of sweet cheesy goo. It was terrible. To top this off my bill was for $12.48 with out tip. Are you kidding me? This was not worth $5.00. Needless to say I will never eat there again, and tell as many people that I can to stay away from this place. The restaurant also smelled of bleech and service was poor. I do net see you staying open very long.

I fill out a review every great once in a while. I don't like doing them, but I really needed to do this one. I've been in JD Stackerz, many times. The owners are for real. They are always out talking with the customers and helping their staff. Their food is incredible. A food critic did an incredible review on their food and it was in all the papers. Hands down, the best place to go in the area. The last guy to review them had such a negative review. There is no way this guy really ate in there. He clearly has some other motive...

I took my family in for the first time since JD Stackerz was no longer Buffalo Wings & Rings. It was sure different. I didn't know what to expect but decided to try it. I was amazed at the quality of food that they had and the service was impeccable! I found out that they had the exact same grade of wings that they had before they changed their name. The honey BBQ was fantastic. I liked it a lot better than the sweet BBQ they had before. My son had the Reuben and his friend had the Sicilian meatloaf sandwich. Everything was fantastic! I personally have never seen service as good anywhere.

This place made a big mistake changing from Wings & Rings to this crap they call food now. My family and I use to go get take-out and/or eat in the restaurant at least 1 or 2 times a week before they changed. I've went one time since they changed and haven't been back - sorry to say but the wings suck now.
What's kind of funny is the employee's actually go to the other Wings & Rings location in Monroe now because they can't stand the food at JD Stackerz. I guess the bar business is keeping them in business, its definitely not the food.
