Not sure exactly what the problem is here but I visited here for the second time today and just like the first time, I was very dissapointed. The chicken was dry on the inside and borderline burnt on the outside, almost as if the product has been sitting under heat lamps. If this is the case the the Ardmore store has strayed from the recipe in a bad way. I transferred here from Georgia and the stores in Albany, GA and Cordele, GA offer the JUICY on the inside, golden brown on the outside product that I fell in love with years ago
So sad to see this. Hopefully, MGMT will recognize this departure from the trademark chicken that makes Chik Fil A a culinary treasure.
