Best hamburger/ cheese burger I've had in quite awhile, pretty sure it was 93% lean delicious. Also had onion rings and they were definitely a winner. I got it to go 2 cheeseburgers,onion rings,& fries took about 20 minutes. The waitress had a great attitude for the minute we were there..I will definitely go back

Food at Howard’s Cafe in Rattan, Oklahoma is very good. Waitresses are quite prompt on helping you. I highly recommend the Salmon dinner, as well as their chicken sandwich which is made with any fixings you want. They are made like a hamburger. Great hamburgers are served there as well. Overall I would say try it, you will enjoy it.

There was five in my group and only people in the restaurant. Three of us had catfish with fries. Catfish was okay but on the cold side with the fries totally cold. Another person had chicken fried steak that was ground meat to look like chicken fried chicken. Again cold fries. We received our meals in three parts with the last one coming after the server finished her conversatation with other ladies. Really bad serve to be the only people in the restaurant.
