Worst experience. My family & I went there the other night. 5 servers on & waited 20 minutes to be seated & never was. Asked a waitress if we were to seat ourselves. She said not enough staff to wait on us. She literally was standing at that table over 15 mins and talked and talked. So unprofessional. This place went to crap. I asked to speak with mod she told me, she couldn't get her for me. If she wants to gossip & talk that fine, but do your job first. Then 4 other waiters & waitress walked right by us with their heads down. How rude. This was March 31st 2021 Wednesday around 7pm. Horrible horrible customer service. Unacceptable I would give a zero but it didn't give me that option.

This is the worst possible restaurant ever! 15 minutes we waited to be seated...never were! 5 waitresses on staff that I could see...4 tables seated...2 already had food. Not a rush by any stretch of the imagination! No one ever said hi welcome to ihop! Someone will be with you soon. Nothing! Obviously the wait staff is over paid because they don't need tips to be good or they would work harder. Will never return to this location but due to consistent issues with every location I have ever visited this location has sealed the no deal for the entire chain. Will never visit another ihop again! Whole place needs to be shut down for good. Get a real idea of how a restaurant who serves pancakes should run! Go to a Waffle House if you want good service and a toothy smile. Eat from McDonald's dumpster if you need food before you stop at the Shawnee IHOP! Otherwise you will starve waiting on them! Bad bad bad bad! Nothing good for this place at all!
