So I joined the rewards programs since I go here once sometimes twice a week for lunch . I accumulate points to get 5 off ticket and they can't honor the 5 because I have to spend 20 to get it ....how are you going to put stipulations on rewards you earned. The bartender agreed with me and she asked the manager about it . He shut it down Wich it's his choice but why didnt you come tell me yourself Alfredo ? You obviously don't care about customer acknowledgement .pretty smart move there Alfredo to deny 5 and in doing so lose a customer that frequents your place at least once a week lol ....outback does not put stipulations on rewards that were earned .will happily frequent them and not your place .....
