Went today with our staff to Nikkellette's to celebrate a birthday lunch. The food was excellent as always. However, the service was horrible. We had a man for a waiter, terrible service. Next time will rethink for eating at Nikkellette's again. The horrible service outweighs the great food.

The food is excellent. The service, however, is lacking. Never in my dining history have I seen so many slow, idiotic, incompetent servers. I'm a very patient person, but for it to take 5-6 minutes to be greeted is absurd. There is much more that I could list but we would be here for awhile. It takes awhile for food to come out, but that's understandable since everything is homemade. I highly suggest to whomever owns this restaurant to put your servers through a proper training class. I truly think this Cafe has so much potential, but a place cannot stand on fantastic food alone.
