Worth the drive to Collingwood!!!
Since there has been a change in ownership or management this store has gone down hill. The first time since the switch we got a sub which wasnt grilled yet they put it in a tin foil lined wrapper( my boyfriend picked it up for us) he got home and I threw it in the microwave in the bag as I always do to heat and my bag started to spark and caught fire. Now I always check the subs when purchased but the bestpart was today when he ordered me an assorted sub. Came home took it out of the bag and popped it into the microwave and heated it. It looked a bit thinner than normal. I peeled off the top slice of bread only to find lettuce cheese tomatoes and pickles. They didnt even put the meat on it.
I called to complain because I was ticked that there was another problem... I brought up the tin foil wrapper also and previous complaints and told them to get their crap together and the woman I spoke to told me I must have gone to Subway and they dont carry the tin foil wrappers at that location which is bs because they did and thats where i bought the sub from.
Worst customer service, always screw up your sub and as for customer relations... They are very un professional.
