Everything including on the windows and the website says open till 10 pm Ordered on line yesterday for 9:15 pm pickup. Arrived at 9:12 lights off and closed sign. Door was open so went in. Ignorant person supposed to be working spoke to me nasty saying what do you think you’re going I am closed. He was reminded about the on line order from us and up to this point i and my 30 plus colleagues have been regularly ordering at this time as we work 24 hours a day for the long term care home. The order distinctly says prepare cold. This is because our night shift lunch is at 2 AM He tree the order at me which was prepaid on line after putting hot chicken on it. At 2 am we sat to enjoy lunch. We all tossed it in the garbage as the hot chicken had turned everything soggy and nasty. We all will not use this establishment ever again and will ensure we tell all the people we know in town about this terrible experience.
