Worst location ever. Worst service and what they call a piece of chicken is exactly that a piece. Don’t waste your money.

For some reason, this place is turning down grade from 4- star to 2- star status.
The pieces are smaller in size and not fresh. The chicken somewhat likes a left over.

I used to love this place. I live in barrie and I used to travel to bradford just to eat at this kfc location as kfc in barrie is just pathetic. First few visits everything was just perfect. Hot fresh crispy juicy chicken. Over the time this has turned in just another flop show like Barrie location. It's not my first bad experience here. I am writing after too many bad ones now.Food is dry, cold, I ordered big crunch, chicken pieces and fries. My sandwich in first bite felt like it was made an hour ago. Cold, soggy, I regretted coming back in first bite. It's not only food. Staff has gone from pleasant to obnoxious. The manager on duty, a short indian girl( just for identi6) was rude, argumentative and walked away while I was still speaking. Hey mr Owner I congratulate you, you have done lot of hard work to lose a customer like myself. If I get same horrible experience why will I burn my gas, spend my time to travel to bradford. It was my last visit to this location.

That was the driest and over cooked chicken that we've ever had.We tried Bradford but won't be going back

Sorry but my wife visited kfc yesterday. Food a flop. Chicken was over cooked in fact i think it was cooked on Sunday. Very tough and small pieces
Should see the size Mary Browns is serving now that is what kfc should server. Will by pass them from know on.
