This is a great value for real home cooked meals, hands down. It has been a great option for my family while my husband has been ill this year.

I worked at the UWO Research Park for a long time so unfortunately I have eaten here many times, and the food is terrible quality. Most of their dishes are made with frozen veggies that you get from a bag in the freezer section at a grocery store.
The food is very overpriced and mediocre tasting at best. I could honestly make better sandwiches than they make at home by myself (and I'm no chef!). Their "cream of broccoli" soup uses no cream (because they are too cheap), but instead they use potatoes in place of the cream and still call it "cream" of broccoli. Their "rice casserole" tasted like rice mixed with a can of processed, cream of mushroom soup and pre-cooked, frozen veggies from the grocery store added (ew!) and cost $5 for a small container of rice. They also charge people 10 cents per packet of salt or pepper.... and no, that is not a joke.
I would not recommend for anyone to eat here as the quality is terrible and they are comically overpriced. In my opinion, a "gourmet" café should be making everything from scratch, and the ingredients should be of the highest quality. This place is not deserving of its misleading name.
