Shameful to charge $25 for 1 spicy combo and 1 spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was cold, the fries had a sweet seasoning on them and additional $1.50 for a root beer? No napkins provided.

Guess things just don't change.New location but still same old crap.KFC need new management or owners.After 11 years would think they would figure out,what the real problem is here.

-the g/kids were here on WED, so thought for the 1st time to try the new KFC in SFs . Entered the drive through, 3 cars ahead of me, got to the order mike, and was told; 'Hi, please wait ' , So i did, for 5 mins, the car in front was long gone, so I left too , and went over to Swiss Chalet, Why build a new store and not staff it ? NEVER again ! (bh/)

I have to say even though KFC is one of my favorite restaurants I've been very disappointed in the Smith falls restaurant trestaurant they continuously are out of something they're either closed cause their staff doesn't show up or I have to substitute something for something else because they don't have it or or I get my meal no receipt and I can't get what they didn't put in my order it's very disappointing very disappointing it should be better than this

Ordered from lombard st smiths falls. The was soo disappointing and awful. Chicken was soo greasy left a pool of grease in the bottom of the bucket what a disgusting meal to serve company.? Ordered an 18 pc with 5 sides wasn't a cheap price rcd 10 pc and 3 sides total ripoff the cats ate most of it very very disappointing giving rating of 0

I thought this place was going to improve when it moved but I was wrong. Same lady manager, picking at her face and serving soggy chicken. I don't understand how the hell a KFC can consistently serve soggy undercooked chicken. I thought it was the old equipment in the last location but that was wrong because everyone I talked to says the same thing. Bottom line is that the place is poorly managed with no quality controls in place.

Terrible service,waited 15 min for are food,ask if the condiments were in the pkg,She said no and got them ,there must of been 7 cars behind us and people were beeping,I will not be back

Unorganized management. Staff hardly wash hands, don't give the hours they promised. Dont listen to their staff.
