A friend and myself were in your establishment this afternoon we waited seven minutes to have our drink order taken, WORST service ever, we received our order, the server didn't come back to see If everything was ok, nor she she offer to refill our pop and water, the French fries were nothing but salt, and the nachos I had were so overloaded with peppers, I spent more time picking out the peppers than I did eating my lunch. The nachos were taken off the bill, so I thank you for that, this was my first visit and will be my last, also waited for bill and debit machine

12/02/2014 - Still the worst service in town
Having lived in Dundas my whole life, I dont like to bash a local business but I have no choice this time
I have given the Collins 4 chances over the past 5 years and nothing has changed .BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE OF AN PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO.
Last week my wife and I met with a business assciate for drinks and a light dinner. His choice to go there.
We chose to sit at the bar and as usual the Bartenders barely served and actuall tried to avoid eye contact with patrons. I costantly saw customers at the bar sitting there with empty bottle or glasses while the servers made no attempt to actually serve unless they were shouted at .
On average , it took 15 min at least for the bartenders to actually ask if someone wanted another round. No offer of menus was given until we asked . One I had read the menu I placed it on top the bar and waited to order. Nobody attempted to take my order and finally a server came over looked at me and asked if I was finished with the menu as they needed it elsewhere. They did not ask if I wanted to order anything. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!
With that we sat there for another 1/2 hr before I could get someone to make up the tab , THEN another 20 min before they actually gave it too me .
At this point I called over both bartenders to explain to them why they were not getting a tip and that their level of service was unacceptable. Asked for the Manager , who seemd like a 25 year old kid that could care less about my complaints
I have worked on and off in Pubs for years and if these people worked for me and I saw their lack of performance, they would be fired.
As history and other reviews state this place has not changed , The level of service is pathetic and has been for years
The staff has changed but for some reason the service is always terrible . What are the owners doing about it? NOTHING
We wont be back and will be making sure everyone knows why.
