User Reviews for Crispins Bill posted on 02/05/2011 Rating & Review: Crispins does that one thing we wish all restaurants could do...deliver great food at very reasonable prices. Their soups are to die for and their beef pot roast is hugely generous with whopper mashed potatoes, nice big piece of roast and XLNT gravy, plus veggies. Wine is only $3 here, too. Breakfast is big for only about $4-$5, and staff is friendly and fast.
