Horrible management. Waited for food for 20 minutes while manager sat in lobby watching. Then got mad when she had to take cash from all of us in lobby because we did not have cards for the kiosks. Need new management. Or bring back the ones that you fired when the place had better service.

If you are going to randomly open the lobby maybe have a sign that says that. One day you are open. Two days later middle of the afternoon lobby is closed.
