We've been here a few times since the re-opening, and it has always been good. They continually try new things, and most succeed. I do wish they'd update their website and post a menu.

This restaurant is moving in the right direction, good base and has a great future for those of us ready for a better local alternative. I've had great breakasts and very tasty dinners. Glad you're hear.

We really want you to succeed. We have always loved having Sunday breakfast there and weekday lunches as well. We were so HAPPY when it reopened...and so disappointed when we saw the menu. We like more traditional menus like the old country inn provided. I just wanted a simple sandwich like grilled cheese..no special fancy cheese or kale- what is that?My wife ordered a cheese omlet plain and simple, no kale, weird cheese spices etc. Instead she was offerred a supposedly "special omlet" The waiter had to take off several items that were in it that she did not like or didn't know what it is.And the price stayed the same even though she wanted a plain old chedder cheese omlet. And she didnt even get toast for the high price.
Also we like special coffee drinks that you don't have. Please get more casual for us country folk. Even some items on your mexican menu would be great like taco salads and enchilados...the other restaurant is great. I hope you get better because we eat out most days and really would like something new. We will try again.

Hey Manager, My Husband I were excited to see the resaurant open a few months ago and stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The food was OK, but the coffee was terrible. Also, the most offputting was your menu. It is very confusing to try and order a meal as it is mainly an Al A Carte style menu, and your specialties are unusual choices. Well, this morning, Friday December 9, we stopped in again to try and see if things had changed. Again, the menu is just too vague. Order 1 or 2 eggs, and a side, and then maybe french toast, and that coffee, again, TERRIBLE. Our total meal for 2 was $ 20.00, fair, but as we were leaving the restaurant I noticed 3 other couples looking at the menu and all had puzzled expressions, as if they were trying to figure it out too. In addition, the type print is very small for older people to read. Heads Up, this area is pretty traditional and I would guess most of your breakfast folks are older ( like 50 +) and want an easy to understand menu and good tasting coffee. We will try you again in a few months to see if there is an improvement, if not...we'll just drive down to the Varsity Inn in Scappoose. Hope this is helpful.
