VERY unfriendly to disabled people. If you are in a wheelchair don't bother. They bring a short table out and you get to sit about a foot lower than your friends. Also the food is overpriced. The owner, a really old guy, is especially mean. Locals avoid this place

The food is terrific Pub style, while the Owner Noel and his wife are absolutely charming and gracious. The service is great! I always feel more than comfortable there, even when I go by myself. It is a marvelous addition to Bandon restaurants and very popular.

On Sunday, Aug. 3, 2014 my family and I received the worst customer service we have ever received from a restaurant let alone, the owners. From the moment we unknowlingly entered the establishment from the side patio/pathway access door it was a miserable experience. Our greeting was an angy Irish gentlemen scolding us for our ignorance on how his restaurant works. He did finally allow us to be seated and we received menus. A very nice waitress tried to soothe the bumpy start we were quitely complaining about. She said "I know, that is just his old Irish ways". Then out of no where this woman, who I assume was the "gentleman's" partner, walked up during our conversation and said "excuse me?" and just start coming back at us. At that point my group decided not to spend another minute in the establishment and walked out. We found a very welcoming restaurant just around the corner and enjoyed a good meal. Both the owner and his partner need to take some lessons from their waitress, and a class on customer service. WOW!
