We were at Flapjack’s this morning in Orlando. The absolute worst service and experience we’ve ever had. We showed up for breakfast and we’re told there was a 30 minute wait. It turned into over an hour and 15 mins. There was a big party there and we’re waiting for their food for a long time. Even though there was mostly empty seating, they did not seat us so we were just on the bench for that length of time. When we asked what was happening, the hostess said that they were waiting for the large party to get their food and then would seat everyone at once who were waiting. That meant the people who walked in a minute before and us who had been there for almost an hour and a half, would all be seated together and get our food at the same time. It made no sense, it was congested at the front and very sad for the last day of our vacation no less. No apologies from her, no updates, nothing: we left and went to carabba’s for lunch which was fabulous. By then it was too late for breakfast anyway.
