The food at this Mexican restaurant is always delicious, with a taste that rivals authentic dishes from South America. However, the service can sometimes be lacking, and the cleanliness of the establishment is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the flavors and authenticity of the cuisine make it a standout choice for Mexican food in the area.

The food is amazing. Best in the area. Authentic Mexican food where everything on the menu is good and the margaritas will knock you down. Reading the other review, I wanted to say that was never my experience in the years we've been going there. The staff has always been friendly. Once, I didn't realize they overcharged my debit card until my bank statement came. I took it in (without a receipt) and they refunded my money based only on my good faith explanation.

GRAND RANCHERO SUCKS! My wife had left her coat there in the evening, I went back during the day and the manager was rude and said it was not there. But a busboy said he had seen it there last evening. The manager and another boy were making a joke and said "what did I expect this is a Mexican Restaurant not an American Restaurant" and he did not feel responsible to keep anything that was left there for the patrons. The busboy said one of the girls had it! but the food was good but THE MANAGER AND WORKERS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
