I have been a patron of this restaurant for over 50 years. my most recent experience was disappointing to say the lease. Understanding the economy I see the need to raise prices but quality should not suffer.
The salad with dinners has shrunk by 20%. The garlic bread was not Italian bread, more like cheap Texas toast. The red sauce with my spagetti & meatballs was tasteless ( pureed tomatoes). The meatballs were bland. The table service ( salt & pepper) was empty. I do not know if I will return.

Ate here for the first time today. Thd food was great and the staff was awesome! Highly recommend this place

I always look forward ti eating here whenever I'm coming through Parkersburg!
I've never had a bad experience, and the food tastes homemade and very tasty!

I was shocked at the language and the service that was received as a customer when the owner used foul language and offensive mannerisms, very unprofessional and disappointing. Owner stated that he was overworked and that was to excuse his callous behavior. I did not feel like a customer but instead like he was burdened by customers and that they were not to be valued. I felt sorry for the man because he obviously needed a brake from his strenuous duties and to be away from the things that burdened him most: customers that ordered.
I was further dismayed that the salad was brown and the chicken was dry. This made the customer that received it feels as though they were being punished and not sure why. I am truly sorry that this restaurant, which was a favorite growing up, has sunk so low.

Waitress had the look of a pitt bul on her face and interrogated me as to why I wanted the peppers( never even coming close to somewhat smiling). Never brought any refills UNTIL we asked for them and then not mine. anipasta was HORRIBLY small for a large AND the WORST EVER! ALL LETTUCE. Muisc was Spanish if that. AVOID--- you get more smiles at a funeral and better food at a trash bin.
