07/14/2013 - DISSAPOINTED!!!!!
My husband and I recently ordered and paid for an ice cream cake at this store, 6 days in advance of our daughter's 16th birthday party. When my husband arrived to pick up the ice cream cake, he was casually informed by an employee that the order had never been "called in" to the cake maker. He was then told that he could select one of the leftover cakes in the display freezer! When he informed me of this situation, we decided to get our money refunded and take our business elsewhere. This was a true disappointment for our 16 year old daughter on her birthday, with 20 out of town guests waiting at home. She and my husband were both late for the party as they were seeking out a new ice cream cake. We will not be back to Baskin and "Robbits"!
